I have developed skills and expertise through practicing in wide variety of contexts: Addiction and Mental Health, Master Life Coach, CBT Life Coach, REBT Life Coach, Gaming and Internet Addiction.
I am armed with success strategies based on my personal experience, and professional training. I help my clients heal their emotional pain and conflict, and remove fear and motivation obstacles, to give them tools and strategies to restore balance so they can move forward in their lives.
What I bring to a counselling session is also personal. I practise non-judgment, openness, warmth and respect with my clients. I believe that real healing begins when the client is able to sit with her or his own feelings. My role in the therapeutic relationship is to foster and facilitate such growth. I am there to support, reflect, question and enable a shift in awareness and consciousness such that the client is able to recognise unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, many of which are unconscious and which originate in early patterns of learning, so that they can make positive changes in their own life.
In doing this, I continue to keep accountable to myself, and take pleasure in the joy of helping others find their true authentic self, and inner peace.

The first session is really an opportunity for you to meet with me and get a sense of whether or not you feel like I’m someone who can help you.
Counselling is a guilt free environment – how often have you not wanted to burden others or not wanted to be judged and made to feel guilty about your feelings? Counselling simply requires you to turn up with an open mind and actually put yourself first for once, it gives you the opportunity to be heard like you may not be used to, taken seriously, understood, not judged and simply cared for – where else do you get the chance to be focused on so intently!
Life can be difficult, we may put ourselves in those difficult situations or they may have been handed to us by others, either way, sometimes we just need to talk and that’s really what Counselling is, you have the freedom and choice to discuss what you want on your terms.
My goal is to create a comfortable and safe environment where we’ll work together to achieve the goals we set. I believe in building relationships with our clients based on respect, compatibility and a genuine need to help.
Being an online counselor I have found video therapy sessions to be an effective means of creating positive change through resolving mental health difficulties. Online counselling sessions are a versatile, flexible and time efficient means of getting the help you need, I use text, chat, phone and video options.
I respect the concerns that you may have about the privacy of the material that you share with me. All interactions which take place are considered confidential. This includes requests by telephone, any scheduling or appointment notes, all session content records that I take during your sessions. I will not even verify that you are a client. You may choose to give me permission in writing to release any or specific information about you to any person or agency that you designate.
